Job Description :

• Support the consistent application of these policies across business units.
• Ensure documentation and communication of security governance processes.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining the enterprise-wide information security governance framework.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
• Work with IT and business units to embed governance into daily operations.
• Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining incident response governance frameworks.
• Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries and issues.
• Delivering information security awareness programs and providing guidance to staff on information security policies and best practices.
• Support readiness and adherence to incident reporting and management processes.

Candidate Requirements :

• A minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in an Information Security environment or IS audit.
• Possession of certification/s such as ISO27001, PCIDSS-related certifications, CEH, CCNA, CISSP, CRISC, and CSX, or Microsoft Certifications, is preferred.
• A degree in IT from a recognized institute or a professional qualification related to information security.
• Extensive knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and risk management principles.
• Hands-on experience with information security tools and technologies, including DLP and SIEM.
• Experience in policy drafting/review and conducting risk assessments.
• Familiarity with banking-related information security functions.
• Experience in supporting security awareness programs.
• Skills in analyzing Information Security incidents and recommending improvements.
