Education Minister Susil Premjayant said in Parliament today (22) that the GCE OL Exanimation which is currently conducted in grade 11 is planned to be held in grade 10. He also stated that students can write GCE OL Exanimation at fifteen.
“We have proposed to start the free primary. Children who complete 4 years must go to preschool. There are four thousand schools with less than two hundred students. There are 2900 schools with less than 100 students. We can allow free primary at rural level very easily. The National Institute of Education has completed the Free Primary One program. With that introduction, they are trying to bring the current 11 regular classes to ten. Then, when counting from the age of 4, a child will write normal text at the age of fifteen. At seventeen, you write your A-levels, then aging slows down.
