Workplace Duties :
- Organize promotional campaigns targeting potential customer segments.
- Achieve assigned acquisition targets for credit cards.
- Maintain up – to – date knowledge of all Bank products and competition offerings.
- Deliver a professional and high quality service experience to all customers.
- Build strong customer networks and lasting relationships within identified market segments.
- Actively support for Bank organized events and promotions.
The Individual :
- GCE O/L with three passes at GCE A/L and passes in English and math.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Self-motivated outgoing personality with a strong sense of networking and relationship skills.
- Previous experience in Sales and part qualification in SLIM or any other professional qualifications in Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala/Tamil.
- the capacity to offer clients suitable solutions.
