Maritime Placements (Pvt) Ltd of Indigenous Medicine invites applications for the post of Brand Manager. You can apply to it before closing date as per the following details. Closing date and other job details are given below.
Main Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage and develop the brand portfolio to achieve business growth and market positioning objectives.
- Work closely with sales and distribution teams to improve business performance and customer engagement.
- Support strategic planning and implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility and communication across all channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using KPIs and ROI measurements.
- Prepare and monitor marketing budgets and project expenses effectively.
- Drive CRM and customer engagement strategies to maximize customer retention.
Requirements & Experience :
- MBA or CIM membership will be an added advantage.
- Degree in Marketing from a recognized university or professional qualification in SLIM/CIM.
- Good knowledge of life insurance products and underwriting procedures.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, including 3 years in a managerial or assistant managing role.
- Age preferably below 35 years.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry will be a definite advantage.

- Creative thinking with excellent execution and implementation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical, writing, editing, and computer skills.
- Self motivated, self driven, ambitious and result oriented personality.
