Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital invites applications for the post of Three Wheeler Driver. You can apply to it before closing date as per the following details. Closing date and other job details are given below.

Age : 

• Should be not more than 55 years

Salary Code :

• PL2- Grade IШ

Salary Scale :

• Rs. 56,400 – 10 x 650 – 62,900

Professional Qualifications :

• Should possess a Light Vehicle Driving License
• Holding a License of A1/ A category (Motor Tricycle, Three Wheeler / Auto / Manual) License is mandatory.

Educational Qualifications :

• Should have passed in six (06) subjects with at least two (02) credit passes in not more than two sittings at the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination.

Physical Qualifications :

• Should not be colour blind as per the criteria recommended by the College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka when testing color blindness.
• Should have an eye sight comparable to the following limits/ Eye sight should be 6/9 limits with regard to left eye and right eye as per the criteria recognized by the College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka.
• Should have a thorough knowledge of the traffic laws.
• Minimum height should be 05 ft 02 1/½ inches.
• Every candidate should physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties entrusted to the post, fit to perform day and night duties, and fit to work in 24 shift duties.

Method of Recruitment :

• Before the applicants who have fulfilled the qualifications are called for the interview, the certificate obtained from the National Medical Institute, Nugegoda after a medical test should
  be submitted.
• Only male applicants can apply.

Method of Appointment :

• Selected applicants are subjected to a probation period of one year. Administration Board of the Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital reserves the right either to appoint or not to appoint to the post.
