Work Experience :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the software engineering
- Experience with microservices architecture and exposure to Kafka or messaging systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in regulated environment such as banking or payments will also be an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications :
- A Degree from a recognized University in the fields of Computer Science, Software Engineering/IT or relevant field.
- A Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering/IT or a relevant field OR certifications such as OCP Java + Oracle SQL/PLSQL + CKAD + AWS/Azure Developer etc. will be an added advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily standups, retrospectives).
- Support CI/CD and release readiness by working closely with DevOps and QA teams.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure clean architecture practices.
- Drive Oracle DB development including PL/SQL, query optimization. indexing strategies, and tuning.
- Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal/external systems.
- Own solution implementation with strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership to developers through coaching, guidance, and problem-solving.
- Lead development of enterprise applications using Java / Spring Boot.
Job Role :
- The role requires to guide developers, ensure clean architecture, maintain high code quality, and drive delivery excellence in an Agile/Scrum environment.
