Key Responsibilities :
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s IT Risk Management Framework in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and reporting IT and cyber security risks across systems and processes.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of IT Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up actions.
- Assist in reviewing IT and Information Security policies to ensure they remain effective and up to date.
- Contribute to Vendor Risk Management by assisting in third-party risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Prepare IT risk dashboards, summaries, and periodic reports for management review.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as SSCP/CSXP/GSEC.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Risk Management, IT Audit, or Information Security, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
