Work Experience :
- Experience in regulated environment such as banking or payments will also be an added advantage.
- Experience with mobile security tools and wrappers such as RASP. anti-tampering, jailbreak/root detection will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the software engineering
Educational Qualifications :
- A Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering/IT or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- A Degree from a recognized University in the fields of Computer Science. Software Engineering/IT or relevant field.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive delivery accountability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
- Work closely with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Ensure high app stability through crash monitoring, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Implement secure integrations with backend services using API-first principles.
- Own mobile app architecture (modular design, scalability. maintainability).
- Drive engineering best practices for quality, security, performance, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership to mobile engineers through coaching, mentoring, and code reviews.
- Lead end-to-end Android app development using modern architecture and clean coding practices.
Job Role :
- This role requires strong hands-on engineering expertise, leadership capability to guide developers, and deep understanding of mobile security, performance, scalability, and modern Android engineering practices.
