Requirements :
- A BSc Honors degree from a university recognized by the UGC, preferably in Agriculture or Sciences. Graduates from other fields also can apply. Should have a class for the degree.
- Possession of a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Should possess strong communication and IT skills, and inter-personal relations.
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge in postgraduate study process.
- Previous experience in a similar position within a university environment is preferred.
- Applicants from Balangoda area are encouraged to apply though not a strict requirement.
