Registration of Resource Persons for the Examination Panel in the Eastern Provincial Public Service Commission – 2025

Eastern Provincial Public Service Commission has decided to establish a Resource Persons Pool that consists of qualified and interested staff grade officers and subject specialists, with the intention of formalizing the process of preparing examination papers and evaluating answer sheets for the recruitment examinations, promotion examinations, efficiency bar examinations and departmental examinations in the Eastern Provincial Public Service. Accordingly, applications are being called from the public service/provincial public service officers and retired officers who have potent experience in preparing examination papers and evaluating examination answer sheets.

The selected resource persons should complete the preparation of examination papers and evaluation of answer sheets properly with fullest confidentiality and within the assigned time frame, according to a rates schedule which will be decided time to time by the Eastern Provincial Public Service Commission. In some situations they might be assigned to translate the examination papers to English/Tamil when required and to evaluate English/Tamil answer sheets. Also the selected resource persons will enter into an agreement that consists of the conditions for the resource persons as decided by the Eastern Provincial Public Service Commission.
