Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs – Registration for Hajj Pilgrimage 2026 (Hijri 1447)

The Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs, in coordination with the Hajj and Umrah Committee of Sri Lanka, would like to call for applications from the members of the Muslim community, who would like to perform Hajj Pilgrimage in the year 2026 (Hijri 1447).

For the purpose of confirming the registration for Hajj – 2026, confirmation fee of Non-refundable amount of Rs.5000.00 should be deposited to MRCA Hajj, Account no. 2327593, Bank of Ceylon, Hyde Park Branch and the bank slip should be submitted to the Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs for necessary action.

Those who registered and paid the non-refundable deposit of Rs.5,000.00 for Hajj 2025, but couldn’t perform the pilgrimage, are kindly requested to renew their registrations online for Hajj 2026. Please note that there is no need to pay the nonrefundable deposit again. These applicants will be given priority for the Hajj 2026 pilgrimage.
