Key Requirements of Prosecution Officers :
- Retired Officer from any Government Bank in Sri Lanka, or Retired Officer from the Sri Lanka Administrative Service, Judicial Service, or Audit
- Minimum of five (05) years of proven experience in conducting formal disciplinary inquiries in the capacity of a Prosecution Officer.
- Thorough understanding of disciplinary procedures, relevant regulations, and legal frameworks applicable public and banking sector employees.
- Should demonstrate high standards of integrity, impartiality, and professionalism in executing duties.
- Age should be below 70 years.
