NVQ Level 5 Diploma Opportunity for Professionals with Experience (Mature Candidate Route)

Starting at midnight tonight (09), the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has said that fuel prices would change.

Experienced professionals can apply for an NVQ Level 5 Diploma through the Mature Candidate Route.

The Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education’s Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) has stated that experienced professionals can get an NVQ Level 5 Diploma equivalent qualification through the Mature Candidate Route (MCR).

This program lets qualified people in Sri Lanka who have a lot of work experience get a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) that is recognized both in Sri Lanka and around the world, without having to go through the usual academic route.

Who can apply?

• Industry workers in middle level with proven supervisory-level experience
• Individuals aged not below than 35 years or above
• Academic staff teaching in the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector
