The Person :
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in Corporate Banking or Middle Market Banking is preferred.
- Be fully qualified with a suitable academic or a professional qualification in banking and finance
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Banking and Payments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities :
- Support the Transaction Banking Unit in achieving customer acquisition, usage and revenue targets.
- Act as a liaison between clients, operations and technology teams to ensure smooth digital onboarding and implementation.
- Create awareness and drive adoption of digital banking channels through structured knowledge sharing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Engage with corporate and middle-market clients to implement digital / transaction banking solutions.
- Evaluate existing digital product propositions using customer feedback and coordinate for enhancements with the product development team.
