The Person :

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Prior experience in Corporate Banking or Middle Market Banking is preferred.
Be fully qualified with a suitable academic or a professional qualification in banking and finance
Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Banking and Payments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities :

Support the Transaction Banking Unit in achieving customer acquisition, usage and revenue targets.
Act as a liaison between clients, operations and technology teams to ensure smooth digital onboarding and implementation.
Create awareness and drive adoption of digital banking channels through structured knowledge sharing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Engage with corporate and middle-market clients to implement digital / transaction banking solutions.
Evaluate existing digital product propositions using customer feedback and coordinate for enhancements with the product development team.
