QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Part/Full qualifications in Banking or having professional certification qualification (CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM) will be an added advantage
- Technically sound, Governance oriented, an open, analytical, mind set with exposure to Operational Risk, Audit, IT or Operations
- At least 2 years’ experience in Risk Management functions in a bank or a finance company
- Bachelor’s degree in information security/computer science from a recognized university
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY :
- Drive awareness of technology risk across the bank, delivering Operational Risk related training and workshops to key stakeholders
- Assist the unit’s internal and external reporting functions
- Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and business units to design and execute risk mitigation strategies
- Assist and review the implementation of the Bank’s technology risk management framework
- Assist to improve the Operational Risk coverage with implementation of policies, procedures and monitor the progress
