Job Responsibilities:
- Handle formal inquiries against private medical institutions as per the Disciplinary Procedures outlined in the Private Medical Institutions (Registration) Act No. 21 of 2006.
- Provide legal advice and representation to individuals and entities in legal matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in criminal and civil court proceedings.
Required Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: (All criteria must be met)
- Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
