REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of two (02) years’ Branch Banking experience at a Local/International Licensed Commercial Bank OR minimum ofthree (03) years experience as a permanent employee at a Licensed Financial Company
- Minimum of three (03) Simple passes at GCE A/L for the main three subjects in one sitting, (excluding GeneralEnglish) OR Passed Edexcel or Cambridge (A/L) Examination with a minimum three (03) “D” passes in one sitting AND Minimum of five (05) Credit passes at GCE O/L, including Mathematics, in the first sitting with a Credit pass for English at GCE O/L in the first sitting/subsequent sitting OR passed Edexcel or Cambridge (O/L) Examination with five (05) “C” passes (including Mathematics) with a minimum “C” pass for English in no more than two (02) sittings.
- OR A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University/Institute OR Diploma in Applied Banking and Finance [DABF – Old Syllabus (IBSL)]/ Higher Diploma in Banking and Finance [HDBF – New Syllabus (IBSL)].

- Age below 27 years
