Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Human Resources Management/ Marketing Management/ logistics Management/ Commerce/ Accountancy/ Agriculture/ Animal scinice/ science/ Food science & Technology/ Engineering which is recognized by the U.G.C. of Sri Lanka.
• PhD degree in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Human Resources Management/ Marketing Management/ Logistics Management/ Commerce/ Accountancy / Agriculture/ Animal Science/ Science/ Food Science & Technology / Engineering.
• At least 05 years’ experience at Senior Managerial Level with a proven track record and management experience in a Corporatioru Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment after obtaining phD degree.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrationf Business Management/ Human Resources Management/ Marketing Management/ logistics Management/ Commerce Accountancy/ Agrrculture/ Animal Science/ Science/ Food Science & Technology/ Engineering or equivalent degree relevant to the field, which is recognized by u.G.c. of sri Lanka.
• At least twenty (20) years of experience in Managerial Level out of which five (05) years of experience should be at Senior-Managerial Level with a proven track record in the subject area relevant to the post in a Corporation, Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment after obtaining first degree.

Salary & Benefits :

• HM 2-3 – 2025 Rs. (173,000 x12 x 4,850 – 231,200)
• Initial Salary Steps : MSD Circular No. 01/2025 2026 – Rs. 150,325 /- 2027 – Rs.173,000/-
• In addition, Govt. Cost of Living Allowance of Rs. 17,800/- + Company maintained vehicle or Transport Allowance with MILCO approved fuel limit per month and other Govt. and MILCO approved allowances and Benefits.

Other Requirements :

• Should be of excellent moral character.
• Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the Island.
• Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka
