Should have one of the following qualifications:
- a) a degree from a recognized University with a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field OR

- Should have ten years’ experience in Banking at Senior Management level.
- Possess strong competencies in development banking, banking operations, credit risk management, financial and marketing aspects of banking business.
- Possess excellent people management and leadership skills.
