THE PROFILE OF THE APPLICANT :
- Proficiency in Sinhala / Tamil languages along with English.
- Be literate in IT (Microsoft office package)
- Comprehensive understanding of Islamic banking product structures.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Islamic Banking credit and/or operational work.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Banking or Finance
- a professional qualification in Banking and Finance (Diploma in Applied Banking and Finance or an equivalent) or Islamic Banking from a recognized university or professional body.
- Should be below 30 years of age.
THE JOB PROFILE :
- Improve the quality of the IB portfolio and collaborate with the branch network to implement Islamic Banking strategies for achieving short and long term objectives.
- Assist the branch network in identifying business opportunities, facilitating negotiations and actively promoting Islamic Banking products and services.
- Evaluate and submit credit appraisals and reviews.
- Structure Islamic Banking Products to effectively meet diverse customer requirements.
- Develop new and strengthen existing key revenue generating relationships within the Islamic Banking Segment.
- Achieve laid down KPI’s and objectives on Islamic Banking (IB) Deposits and Advances.
