The Efficiency Bar (EB) Examination for Officers in Grade I, II, and III of the Management Services Officers’ Service is now open for applications.
The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government runs the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA).
Applications are hereby invited for the above examination. The online application system will be open from 8.00 a.m. on 21.02.2026 until 12.00 midnight on 13.03.2026. Applications can be submitted only during this period.
Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA), www.slida.lk.
for Candidates may access the Examination Portal by selecting the “Apply for Examinations” link displayed on the top of the homepage or by directly visiting https://examinationportal.slida.lk/. Applicants are required to create a user account before completing and submitting the relevant examination application.
The online application form must be completed in English only.
A detailed instruction guide outlining the application procedure is available for download in PDF format via the Examination Portal on the SLIDA website, www.slida.lk. Applicants are strongly advised to carefully read the instructions before submitting their applications.
