Qualifications :
- A degree / Diploma in Sociology, Social Science or equivalent qualifications supported by not less than 05 years’ experience in mobilizing, community development & active participation in social development programmes. Ability to converse in Sinhala & Tamil and experience in social development activities / social mobilization in the estate sector and exposure in community-based organization would be an advantageous.
- Ability to ride a Moto Cycle is an advantage.
- Should reside in the region and visit the Estate.
The selected candidate will be employed on renewable contract basis. An attractive remuneration package including medical scheme covering the family will be offered to the selected candidate.
Job Profile :
The effort include encouraging the recipient to actively engage in the different social development initiatives established on the plantations for the community of plantation workers.
