Recruitment of External Applicants (01, 02 or 03 below)
- Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission with three (03)years post qualification service experience in a Staff Officer Level post of the Government Security Division
- Being an Officer who has duly retired from regular force in tri forces after having served in the post of Major or above
- eing an Officer who has duly retired from the regular service of SriLanka Police after having served in the post of Assistant Superintendent of Police or above
