The ideal candidate should possess ;

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized by the UGC and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a university recognized by the UGC.
• An Attorney-at -Law or Professional Qualifi cation in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a university recognized by the UGC.
• Fellow or Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
• Twelve (12) years of experience in Human Resource Management at a reputed organization, out of which fi ve (05) years should be at a senior management level.
• Should be a Sri Lankan Citizen.

Conditions of Appointment :

• This position will be on permanent basis subject to a probationary period of one year.

Compensation :

• An attractive monthly remuneration package exceeding Rs. 800,000/-

In addition, the package includes :

• A guaranteed annual bonus equivalent to two months’ gross salary.
• A Bank maintained vehicle with a fuel allowance.
• A performance-based bonus.
• Housing and other staff loans at concessionary interest rates.
• A medical assistance scheme covering immediate family members.
