Qualifications & Experience :

• At least eighteen (18) years’ of experience in the Managerial Level out of which five (05) years of experience should be at Senior Managerial Level with a proven track records in a Corporation, Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment, after obtaining the first degree.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/ Science/ Business Management or equivalent field recognized by the University Grants Commission and a Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) in relevant field or Associate Membership of a recognized Professional Chartered Institution in Management.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a multi-disciplinary team and in efficient management of human and other resources.
• Competence in production and processing of coconut and management of coconut plantations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the company.
• Provide visionary leadership and formulate long-term strategies to enhance the company’s performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and good governance.
• Ensure sustainability and productivity in coconut, rubber, tea, other plantation crops and agricultural & non-agricultural activities managed by KPL.

Age Limit :

• Should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years. The upper age limit will not apply to the internal candidates.

Terms of Employment :

• The selected candidate will be employed on salary point in MSD 1/2025 in the following scale; HM-2-1 2025 Rs [161,140 – 12 x 4,850 – 219,340] + cost of living allowance and other
  perquisites relevant to the position.
