The Opportunity
- Permanent Role | Tanjong Pagar
- Office Hours (8.30am-6pm), off on PH
- Basic up to S$2,700 + Allowances + AWS + VB

At our client’s workplace, inclusivity and friendliness are the heartbeat of their culture. As a Customer Relations Officer, your role will involve assisting customers regarding any requests/enquiries and resolving them.
The Job
- Handle inbound/outbound calls on inquiries, feedbacks and complaints
- Resolve queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
The Talent
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Experience working in call centre or customer service industry will be advantageous
- Willing to work weekends when needed (not required to work on PH)
